This Code of Conduct is designed to guide us all, so that we will conduct ourselves in a manner that matches the highest standards that we set for our people and our products.
The Code applies to everyone at Coty globally and our contractors – without exception. The Code sets a clear expectation of the standards to be followed in all work-related activities, regardless of business pressures. This includes the recognition and expectation that employees in managerial roles have an added responsibility to lead by example and ensure that the Code is followed by those under their supervision.
