What is a company document?

Company documents include books, files, records, memoranda, emails, letters, computer discs, tapes (and other means of electronic storage), photographs, slides, transparencies, drafts and voicemails.

What should I do?

Keep and discard company documents according to our Document Retention Policy. If you have any questions about document retention, consult with the Legal Department before destroying the record.
