Anyone lobbying on Coty’s behalf must have formal written authorization from the Executive Committee and the Global Compliance Officer, which will consult with our Legal Department.
We respect all relevant applicable laws, codes of conduct and standards when engaging in lobbying. We insist that anyone acting on our behalf respects them as well.
