What should I do?
Do not access sensitive information without authorization. Never access sensitive information of coworkers without specific authorization.
Access information legally. If you are authorized to access sensitive information, access such information only in compliance with the law and our policies.
Cooperate with investigations. You may be required to provide company or personal devices that may contain company information in connection with an investigative matter, subject to the law.
Protect Coty’s information assets. Protect the sensitive personal, medical and financial information that you handle or provide to Coty according to our Global Data Privacy Policy.
Protect our physical assets. Make sure that any Coty physical assets, equipment and any other property are protected, free of damage and never misused or wasted.
Return all property belonging to Coty upon termination. Return all property belonging to Coty in proper working order. This includes laptops, mobile phones and other devices. A failure to return equipment may be considered theft by Coty and could lead to criminal prosecution.
