What should I do?
Ensure that all public financial disclosures are legally compliant. If you are responsible for preparing or filing our public financial disclosures, you must ensure they are full, fair, accurate, timely and understandable.
Prepare all business records properly. Our business records must be prepared accurately, conscientiously and in reasonable detail. They must reflect all transactions involving Coty and all other events that are the subject of a specific regulatory record-keeping requirement.
Never use Coty funds or assets unlawfully. We must guard against money laundering and protect Coty’s financial assets, such as cash, bank accounts and credit cards, against misuse, loss, fraud or theft.
Allow only authorized transactions in line with sound accounting practices. We must ensure that all transactions are executed in accordance with Coty’s general or specific authorization and comply with generally accepted accounting principles. No Coty employee, or anyone acting directly or indirectly on our behalf, may:

Ensure that we pay our taxes. We comply with all our obligations under applicable tax laws. We pay in full all local and national taxes, in line with our tax strategy and tax planning.
