Who must follow Coty’s Code and policies? 

Everyone who acts on behalf of Coty must respect, understand and follow Coty’s Code of Conduct and policies. This is regardless of position, location or function and includes all: 

  • Employees 
  • Directors 
  • Legal representatives 
  • Ambassadors 
  • Contractors of Coty 
  • Coty subsidiaries and joint venture companies 

What are the consequences of violating Coty’s Code or policies?

Violations of our Code or policies can lead to disciplinary actions, up to and including termination of employment or service contract. In addition, in certain cases, noncompliance can also violate the law and lead to legal actions and civil fines or even criminal prosecution and imprisonment.

What should I do?

Act ethically and legally. We all face ethical dilemmas at work, and we expect everyone at Coty to act ethically and legally in everything we do. This includes complying with our Code of Conduct and all our policies. This Code is our roadmap for ethical decision-making.
